    Material valve for liquids, putty and Hot-Melt applications 
    This valve, a small and compact construction, is suitable for automatic application of all liquids, putties and hot-melts using robots. With the hose connection integrated in the material block, the material hose can be attached without angle adapters. This gives the best material and temperature flow between material block and hose connection

    Function 
    The material pressure is measured by a spring operated piston. When the material pressure reaches the selected pressure range, the valve open and the quantity of material will be reduced .
    EXAMPLE OF APPLICATION

    Application of different squares of joints The material quantity for the greatest joint square will be adjusted by the motor speed potentiometer. The pressure necessary to provide the material quantity for this joint is under the adjusted pressure of the bypass valve. As soon as the material outlet valve reduce the material quantity for a small joint, the material pressure go higher and open the bypass valve. The quantity of material where is not more necessaries flow through the Bypass valve back in the barrel.

    Function
    The material pressure is measured by a spring operated piston. The piston stroke moves a linear potentiometer, which is directly connected to the drive control of the pump. When the material pressure reaches the selected pressure range, the speed of the pump, and thereby the quantity of material, will be reduced .
    EXAMPLE OF APPLICATION 
    Drum pumps with distributor for multiple work places
    The material quantity for one work place will be adjusted by the motor speed potentiometer. The pressure necessary to provide the material quantity for one work place is regulated on the pressure measurement unit. As soon as the material gun at the second workplace is opened, the material pressure reduces. The pressure measurement unit now increases the speed of the pump in order to ensure the same quantity of material and pressure as when working with only one material gun. 

    Bypass-Function
    When differents material quantities are needed in fully automatic applications, pressure measurement units can replace the by-pass valve. It is preferable to reduce the quantity of material automatically using the pressure measurement unit than to return the unneeded material to the barrel using a by-pass valve.
